Step 01 (Day 0) — Inquiry & Product Specifications
Share your required Egyptian product, grade, quantity, packaging, destination, and preferred Incoterms. Our team reviews your requirements to identify suitable sourcing options.
Step 02 (≤ 24 hours) — Customized Quotation
Receive a tailored commercial offer based on verified supplier availability, product specifications, packaging, shipping arrangements, and applicable delivery terms.
Step 03 (Day 1–3) — Proforma Invoice & Agreement
We issue a detailed Proforma Invoice outlining the agreed specifications, pricing, payment conditions, required documents, and shipment preparation schedule.
Step 04 (Day 3–6) — Advance Payment & Order Confirmation
Following acceptance of the commercial terms, the buyer pays the agreed 70% advance. NILVIDA coordinates procurement, supplier arrangements, and shipment planning.
Step 05 (Day 7–12) — Quality Inspection & Cargo Preparation
Products are sourced, inspected, graded, and packed according to agreed specifications. Applicable export documentation and pre-shipment inspections are coordinated before dispatch.
Step 06 — Shipment, Documentation & After-Sales Support
Once cargo is shipped, we provide shipment updates and scanned shipping documents. The remaining 30% is payable against scanned shipping documents, before release of originals. We coordinate documentation and provide support through delivery.

NILVIDA supplies Egyptian-origin agricultural products, including fresh, frozen, and dried fruits and vegetables, legumes, herbs, spices, seeds, natural oils, and selected non-food agricultural products. Availability depends on Egyptian production, seasonality, and confirmed supplier capacity.
Minimum order quantities vary by product, packaging, and supplier availability. We primarily serve wholesale and container-load buyers, while smaller shipments and mixed loads may be considered upon request, subject to commercial and logistical feasibility.
We provide customized quotations based on product specifications, quantity, packaging, and destination. Prices may be quoted FOB Egypt, CFR, CIF, or under other agreed Incoterms®. Prices and their validity periods are confirmed in our formal quotation or Proforma Invoice.
Lead times depend on product availability, seasonality, sourcing, quality inspection, packing, and shipping arrangements. The preparation schedule is confirmed in the formal quotation and begins after order confirmation, approval of specifications, and receipt of the agreed advance payment. International transit time is excluded.
We source Egyptian products according to agreed buyer specifications and coordinate quality checks, grading, packaging, and relevant documentation. Supplier certifications and laboratory reports are provided where verified and available. Independent pre-shipment inspection can also be arranged upon prior agreement.
Our standard payment terms are 70% advance and 30% against scanned shipping documents, with the balance received before releasing original shipping documents or authorizing cargo release. All payment conditions are clearly specified in the formal Proforma Invoice and sales agreement.
